The production service is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (see the Legal Notice). No processing location is announced until it is verified.
Watchirl
Watchirl provides the shared identity, credit balance, billing and access to AI providers of Outirl, Nocha and Tripirl. It receives account identifiers, purchases and credit movements, and the content of each AI request you invoke.
AI providers through Watchirl
When you explicitly invoke an AI feature (project analysis, session titles, the Assistant or dictation), Outirl sends the request to Watchirl, which forwards it to the AI provider selected for that feature. That provider receives the prompt, bounded project evidence, terminal capture or audio of the request, plus technical request metadata. Nothing is sent because the landing page is visited or a terminal is used.
Payments
Stripe processes web payments and collects the billing details it needs. Where in-app purchases are offered, Apple or Google process them through RevenueCat, which receives the Watchirl account identifier and the related purchases.
Terminal agents and tools
Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, tmux, Git, and other command-line tools run under their own terms and configuration on the Host. Outirl compatibility does not make their operators Outirl subprocessors for every deployment.
Independent deployments
A self-hosted operator must document its actual vendors, locations, safeguards, retention, and contractual roles. Users should review configured providers before submitting sensitive content.
